[Name]: Lance Corporal Levi
[Canon]: Attack on Titan
[Age]: At least 20+.
[Gender]: Male
[Canon Point]: Episode 22
[History]: Wiki!
[Personality]:
It’s implied that Levi has had a very hard life, growing up without parents in Wall Maria where the world is warped by violence and poverty. Levi appears dead inside, depicted with a near constant poker face no matter what happens, and seems very uncaring to the suffering of others. This changes, however, when it comes to the men and women in his command. Levi fights with them, would die for them, and trusts them with his life. This is shown in his first scene, when a soldier is mortally wounded by a Titan, only saved from being swallowed by Levi swooping in and killing it, who asks Levi if he had been a help to humanity. Levi takes his bloodied hand and assures him that his will would live on to will him (Levi) forward. He in no way undervalues human life, despite his cold demeanor. Another reason this scene is so powerful is that Levi has a form of mysophobia (a pathological fear of contamination and germs,) where he can’t be dirty under any circumstances, and everything has to be put in its own place. Holding the bloody hand of a dying comrade shows he’s willing to do anything for those who would do anything for him.
His mysophobia is shown in many ways throughout the series (mostly in comical, “anime” ways,) the biggest being when the Special Operations Squad comes to an old castle fort within the overtaken Wall Maria and it’s dirty, so Levi dons a headscarf and mouth cover along with gloves to keep it tidy, shouting at the other members that they haven’t cleaned properly and to do it again. He also has an obsession with killing Titans in one clean hit, to keep blood from getting on him. Levi expects order and discipline, which makes the military ideal for him but it also tends to push other people away with how cold and standoffish he is. He’s uneasy to be around, but very loyal and trusting in his fellow soldiers. Despite his shortcomings
Using this façade, he keeps from getting too attached to anyone, as so many men and women in their legion die every day, on every mission outside of the walls. While he appreciates and respects every soldier who dies for their cause, it affects him deeply to know that he was their commanding officer when they die under his watch. He distances himself from others to keep the loss from hurting even worse than it does. While he may never admit this, who could blame him when thirty percent of their active soldiers come back into the wall dead? In the anime, we're shown that he keeps the winged emblems from fallen comrade's jackets as mementos.
Levi will respect you, if he deems you worthy enough. The only person in the entire military (and possibly the entire home world) that Levi will take direct order from is Commander Erwin Smith. There are plenty of people higher rank than Levi and Erwin both, but Erwin is the only one he'll listen to. "Whatever. I trust your decision." Levi genuinely respects Commander Smith and would follow him to the end of the earth. No one else gets that treatment. If you have a high level of aptitude for fighting, and your skills are impressive, Levi might notice you, but you won't gain his respect simply by existing. He also does not differentiate by gender. In his world, it doesn't matter if you're a man, a woman, or a whatever-- if you're good at something then you are. If you fight, you're a good soldier. The only difference is while he'll tell a man to fuck off right away, he'll give a woman a tiny gap leave to see if she's a bitch or not.
Levi has a huge tendency to swear and use vulgarities during conversation, and only seems to stop this when giving reports or talking to superiors. His style of speech is also rather loose for a man of his rank, perhaps another call back to his dark past in the underground. He also has little respect for those who live in the Interior (Wall Sina and to a lesser extent, Wall Rose,) as well as the Military Police, anyone who values money and greed and security over trying to rid humanity of its worst fear. This, along with his blunt, expletive riddled way of speaking, makes him incredibly hard to get along with. In my headcanon, this also gives rise to a foul mouth, and no care for how he speaks. 'We ain't gettin' nowhere with this,' etc. I also doubt that Levi can read and write very well, given his time period and his upbringing.
[Abilities / Strengths & Weaknesses]:

Levi's official stats. In another official stat image, his Cleanliness was listed at 11/10.
Levi portrays a high level of physical aptitude, being the best soldier in the whole military and very physically fit. He’s perfected the 3D Maneuver Gear, partially due to his short, slight stature as it is easier for female soldiers to operate, and is the fastest and deadliest when it comes to killing Titans. He has no super powers, or anything like that, but his strength and agility are second to none.
As for weaknesses, Levi perhaps cares too much for his soldiers. When his squad is killed by the Female Type Titan, Levi shows emotion for the first time and ultimately gets hurt while trying to take her down due to his anger. He is also shown, later on, wanting to take down a Titan chasing them in an open field but cannot due to his broken leg. He then makes the painful decision to dump the bodies of their fallen comrades to be able to travel faster and get out alive. While he knows what he has to do, as a commanding officer and a member of the Scouting Legion, it hurts him terribly to make those decisions.
[Limited Powers]:
Levi has no "super powers," all of his abilities are physical muscle memory from his military training.
[Other Important Facts]:
Levi has no filter. He's crass and foulmouthed and that's about it. He's also... well, he's "The World's Strongest Soldier" in canon and this gives way to him being... pretty over powered compared to everyone. I tone this down a lot, but his "gary stu levels" are pretty... canon so if that's too much I understand.
